WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

UK

DPD Next Working Day Delivery (UK only)

DPD – Next Day

£1.99

All orders will be processed within 1 working day. We then aim have your item to you within 1-2 days.

This is a fully tracked service by DPD.

DPD Saturday Delivery (For orders placed before Friday 3pm)

Perhaps nobody will be home Monday-Friday then perhaps try our Saturday or Sunday Delivery Service.

This will cost between £9.00 and £9.99.

INTERNATIONAL

We have different delivery options depending of your county. Please see here our pricing table.

Please note that most parcels will reach their destination within 3-10 working days, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide which means we probably ship to your country.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we have dispatched your order your tracking code will become available, as long as you have given us a valid email tracking will be sent directly from our courier.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders received before 3pm are shipped daily between the working week (Monday-Friday Excluding UK Bank Holidays). Shipping times may vary due to availability of goods. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or bank holidays. If there is a delay with your order will we contact you to let you know.

MY ORDER IS NOT HERE YET?

We will always try our best to get your orders to you in the timescale agreed but sometimes this is out of our control.

The couriers website should be able to give you information on your orders status so please ask us for your tracking link and you can check.

Your parcel may be awaiting collection, or you may need to rearrange delivery. You should have received a email and SMS message that should have information to explain how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.

If this is not the case and your estimated delivery date has passed please contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IM NOT IN TO SIGN FOR IT?

The Courier should leave you a postcard, Email or SMS message. You can then arrange a redelivery or collection.

If a redelivery or collection is not arranged it will be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage will have to be paid.

WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Cats got the cream ltd cannot control any duties/taxes applied to your package. Your may be charged taxes that Cats got the cream are not responsible for. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Different countries have different custom policies; please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse a shipment from Cats got the cream ltd, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Orders

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

1. You can start shopping by selecting the category of clothing you want to look at for example, Sweaters. If you have a specific product in mind, you could use the search bar at the top of the page. Or you could just start browsing through our products starting from the home page.

2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, if applicable you should select your size and click on the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button.

3. You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on basket symbol in the main navigation bar.

4. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal if you can have an account you can checkout quickly with your email address and password. Paypal allow guest checkout for this you will require a credit or debit card.

If using Paypal you may need to check for sufficient funds.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order and refund you. If however your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately not. It is not possible for us to amend your items, sizes, or delivery address once your order has been placed.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered then please e-mail us giving us your name, order number and what you have received. If you are within the UK we will ask you to post it back to us, we will cover the postage cost. We will then either send out the correct item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

One you have completed your order with us, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive our email, please check your spam folder also check that you gave us your email address you gave us. If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours please contact us.
